Flex Brush is generally used as a
flexible sight seal or splashguard
where the mounting surface is
irregular such as being curved or
wavy. Flex Brush begins with a
ribbon of fill material that can be
attached in several ways to various
materials to form the final brush. |

is placed onto a thin pre-made die cut or molded
plastic part and sonic welded in place. |

Ribbon
is inserted into place in an injection mold and
the plastic is injected around the ribbon. Molding
material can be made very stiff or flexible as
desired.
