Cylinder Brush

 
A rotary brush where the brush face length is greater than the over all brush diameter. Furnished with or without a shaft that can be made on dowels, blocks, extrusions or molded parts.

Typical applications are: cleaning, washing glass, fruit, vegetables and vehicles, planting, spreading, coloring and softening.
 
Spiral Cylinder

 
Similar to cylinder brush only with the tufts spiraling around the block with as many rows to satisfy the application. Generally used when less density is required. Typical applications are floor and rug vacuuming, pipe cleaning, screen cleaning and glass cleaning.
 
Face Brush

 
A round block, without a handle, where the fill material is inserted into the face of the brush - Brushes can be trimmed flat, concave, bevel or step.
Typical applications are: cleaning cement block, floors, glass, gutters and plywood also photo engraving, scrubbing, powder spreading, printed circuit board washing and rinsing and upholstery shampooing.
 
Strip with Fixture Holes and Spaces

 
Strips can be with or without fixture holes in a variety of lengths.  Strips can be made from very few inches long to several feet long. Generally one to four rows of tufts that could have a straight or staggered tuft pattern.
Typical applications are:  wire management, sight seals, hot top driveway sealing, static elimination, swimming pool cleaning and vacuum cleaning.  Strips are generally made from wood or extruded plastic.
 
Ring Brush

 
Several variations can be manufactured from very small to over a foot in diameter.
Typical applications are; floor scrubbing and polishing, conditioning cement or sweeping gutters.
 
Shoe Polisher

 
The brush illustrated is that of a shoe polisher, however blocks can be configured to meet any need.
 
Oval Vac.

 
Specialized industrial vacuum brush.
 
Flat Block

 
Flat blocks are used in many applications, the most common being bed brushes for turret presses. Similar designs have been used for auto wheel washing, file cleaning, grill cleaning, swimming pool cleaning and thread dressing.
 
Wheel w/ Collar

 
A rotary brush where the overall brush diameter is greater than the brush face length. Can also be made from very small to quite large. The brush can be trimmed flat, concave, convex, or stepped. Collar shown is for mounting to shaft. Many applications are solved using wheel brushes such as chain cleaning, egg washing, polishing all types of surfaces, and in the manufacturing of shoes and textiles.
 
Flex Strip

 
The flex strip is designed to fasten on all surfaces via screws, nails, double-sided tape, pushed into splines or grooves.  The strip is flexible so that it will conform to most irregular shapes and surfaces.
 
Goblet

 
Staple set brushes can be made into many configurations of goblet-style brushes.  Generally used in food processing and metal finishing.
 
Hatters or Hand Type

 
There is virtually no limit to possible shapes for stapled hand brushes. Frequently the shape is designed to conform to the surface being brushed. Block and brush shape may be related to other functions such as convenient hand use, special mechanical fastening requirements, or for aesthetic appeal. Trim shape can vary from flat, concave, convex, bevel or stepped.
 
End Type Brushes

 
End brushes can be made in many forms on configurations. Generally used by hand for dusting, gluing or spreading.
