Straight Strip |
Straight Strips can
be made
with all sizes of channels in length
typically from 1” up to 10 feet
long. See standard sizes chart for
recommended bristle diameter and sizes for
each channel size.
Typical applications are tennis
court grooming, lawn sweeping, golf
driving surfaces, flap wheels,
moistening and splash curtains. |

Internal Ring |

Used for sealing shafts, wire
management, grease seals, wipers &
cleaning tubing. Can be made in two
or more pieces or sprung open to
place over a shaft.

Can be used individually or stacked
to make wider brush. Can be placed
on shaft with spacers between rings.
Used for cleaning, polishing, deburring and sealing.

Can be formed in full circle or in
segments. Cup can be formed with
straight sides or at various angles.
Used as vacuum brush or as a seal
around drills, cutter and routers.
Larger size brushes used in swimming
pool cleaners and gutter brooms.

Tight Wound Cylinder on Shaft |

These brushes can be very small
(e.g. condenser tube cleaning) to
very large (i.e. glass washing) and
used in many types of cleaning
applications: glass washing,
condenser tube cleaning, photo
processing, plywood dusting, and
many more. |

Cylinder with lead
can be coiled free or onto a
shaft. Brush can have left or right
hand lead. Minimum i.d. is typically
1.5 times the strip size. Brush can
be mounted permanently to shaft with
the use of clips, J-bolts or welded.
Applications are from dusting to
polishing to de-burring to cleaning, have been
used as an auger to move product in
a given direction.

Can be coiled either tightly or with
a wide range of leads.

Strip can be formed in many widths
or lengths from all channel sizes,
and fill materials. Brushes found
with vacuums used for dusting and
cleaning. Notch can be on sides or
at ends.

Several straight strips inserted
into an extrusion to form a flat
surface that can be used to support
material. Typical application
is a golf driving mat. |

Herringbone/Helical Brush |

Typically, the herringbone is used to spread materials
from center of the brush to the
outside, or to pull materials to the
center of the brush for better
vacuuming.
As with the
herringbone design, the helical
brush is designed to move material
either to the left or right.
Helical brushes are used in
applications such as cleaning
conveyors or in vacuums. |
